I have spent the last few years at the center of digital project delivery, serving as the bridge between sales, strategy, and execution teams. In my current role as a staffing specialist at a global digital agency, I plan who works on what and when, ensuring that the right designers, developers, and strategists are assigned to the appropriate website projects at the right time. I monitor capacity, flag risks, and work with leadership to solve resourcing challenges as projects evolve. Before this, I ran a freelance business managing operations and building websites for small business clients. Across both roles, I’ve always been drawn to the structure, rhythm, and creativity that go into building digital experiences.

The more I worked behind the scenes, the more I wondered: what makes a website truly work for the person using it? That question led me to complete the Google UX Design Certificate and shift my focus toward crafting intuitive, thoughtful digital experiences. In many ways, this isn’t a brand-new direction. As a freelancer, I designed and built client websites from the ground up using platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix. I love the blend of structure, creativity, and problem-solving that UX demands. My goal now is to bring the strategic thinking and collaborative approach I’ve developed over the years into designing websites that are not only functional, but genuinely engaging and accessible.
